* Basic Clean: This cleaning rarely cleans a window completely. It removes basic dirt and dust, but will often times leave fingerprints, dried spots, etc. We can split a clean to some degree between a Basic and Deep Cleaning, but we will only stop cleaning one time in order to inform you of your windows being worse than expected.
** Deep Clean: Consists of removing anything adhesive, dirt, concrete, etc. from the windows. This is a good option if a hand ran over the window feels more than drired dirt and surface dust. For this level of cleaning which requires a signed copy of our damage waiver because we use very fine steel or bronze wool (this is very common in professional window cleaning) which can produce damage if there is a film or tinting on the window and/or a professional window scraper.
*** French Panes & Storm Windows: See below for information.
1 Window (Double Hung)
2 Windows (Sliding Glass Door)
3 Windows
3 Windows (Two Double Hung & One Plate Glass)
Storm windows are hard to describe without a photo. They are multi-paned within the same window allowing for one pane to be opened or closed separate from the other pane. This requires extra attention to clean properly because both sides of each pane needs to be reached and cleaned.
French panes are created when internal framing is placed within the primary frame of the window causing several small frame of glass.
Faux french panes are created when internal frames are placed between the internal and external window panes creating the classic look of french panes, but at no additional charge added for cleaning.
French Paned: 5 windows. The framing splits the one window into five panes that each need to be individually cleaned.
Faux French Paned: 1 window. The framing is sandwiched between the internal and external panes leaving the window as one pane to be cleaned as such.
French Paned: 17 windows. The framing splits the side windows into eight panes each that need to be individually cleaned.
Faux French Paned: 3 window. The framing is sandwiched between the internal and external panes of the external windows leaving them as one pane each plus the plate glass window between them to equal three windows.
